Shipping policy

At Rocky Top Coffee Roasters, we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping when it comes to delivering your favorite coffees. RTCR fresh roasts several times throughout the week and only ships the freshest coffee to our extended Rocky Top Family. Once we receive your order we will add it to the roasting queue, get it roasted, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible. We do our best to process orders day of or the morning after they are placed and try to have your Legendary coffee at your front door within 72 hours of it coming out of the roaster. 

Shipping Methods:

Our shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option ensures that your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • International Shipping: We also provide international shipping for our customers outside of the United States. Please note that international shipping may take longer due to customs and import regulations.

Shipping Costs:

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can easily determine the shipping cost for your specific order by adding the desired items to your cart and proceeding to the checkout page. The shipping cost will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.

Order Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, our dedicated team works diligently to process and package your coffees. We strive to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays in order processing. Rest assured, we are committed to getting your coffee to you as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking:

To keep you informed about the status of your shipment, we provide order tracking for all our deliveries. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its arrival time.

Shipping Restrictions:

While we strive to deliver our coffees to as many customers as possible, there may be certain shipping restrictions due to local regulations or import/export laws.
